Meet the Team
Connor Phelan
Hi. I am the founder of Phelan Helpful Services. I am a 17 year old junior at Lake Forest High School and a member of the Varsity Boys Soccer and Varsity Boys Basketball teams.
Phelan Helpful Services originated during the Summer 2024, when I pieced together any work I could find in between my sports practices to make some money and foster new connections. It soon turned into much more and became not only a way for me to meet new people, but to develop new skills and a great work ethic. In turn, I realized I love helping others and take great pride in the work I do.
Andrew O'Neil
Hi. My name is Andrew O'Neil. I am a 18 year old junior at Lake Forest High School and a member of the Boys Varsity Golf and Basketball Teams.
Pierson Haghihat
Hi. My name is Pierson Haghihat. I am a junior at Lake Forest High School.
Henry Suhonen
Hi, My name is Henry Suhonen and I am a junior at Lake Forest High School. I am a member of the Varsity soccer team and I am extremely committed to my academics. In my free time, I love to listen to music or read. I value the importance of having a strong work ethic and accountability. I love to help others when I can by any way possible and gain new experiences and skills that can help me grow and learn throughout my life.
John White
I’m a 17-year-old varsity athlete, competing in both track and basketball. Outside of sports, I enjoy spending time with friends and staying active. Last summer, I worked full-time in a warehouse—8 hours a day, 5 days a week—where I developed a strong work ethic and gained valuable hands-on experience. Whether on the court, the track, or the job, I take pride in showing up, putting in the effort, and pushing myself to improve.

Hi, I am a Junior at Lake Forest High School, and I play for both the Varsity Basketball and Varsity soccer team. In my free time I love to be active and spend time with family and friends. For the past few summers I have always enjoyed working to help others with various yard work and household needs.
